Hello

I tried to apply this code on my checkout and I have this error message, "Looks like that's the wrong code. Please double-check and try again."

I already logged in to may paypal account, my paypal account added to my Ebay account.

What is wrong? I do not get it.

the T&C's state you have to buy from one of the sellers on the list, and spend £20 or more, so are you doing these things?

If this is a Discount Code, you have to comply with all the Conditions, and once the funds allocated by ebay for the Discount have been used, the offer is closed.

I used just capital letters like PAYDAYJAN. Its not accepted.

Are you still in the vouchers timeframe for using it?

You can try calling eBay Customer Support from the Help & Contact tab above, there have been a few reports of vouchers, not this one in particular, but others not being recognised too. @szik_gab

Someone else phoned ebay CS & they sorted, so it seems ebay are aware.

I can confirm the coupon has now been reactivated however guest checkout is still disabled.

Members need to be signed in to redeem the coupon.

Guests users who do not have an account will need to register.
