    <description>&lt;P&gt;Ask&amp;nbsp; your buyer to open the relevant case in the Resolution Centre links at bottom of most pages.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You then fully refund through those case details,&amp;nbsp; and within 8 days.&amp;nbsp; That way your seller fee is refunded,&amp;nbsp; and no defect for your account.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If the item was daulty,&amp;nbsp; not as described,&amp;nbsp; you have to pay for that fully tracked return postage to get your item back first before refunding.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
