Buying clothes on eBay can be a nightmare if the seller has not given full measurements on their listings. Then, adding 'No Returns' on their listing forbids you from making a return for a refund, if the item then, does not fit.

A size 14 is different if you buy from M & S, Primark, or Top Shop for example. There is a big difference in size here.

If the measurements are not fully given, ask a seller before buying, If they do not reply, don't buy , and move onto another with a better description.

I cancelled this jacket with the seller as it says it's a 14
But more like 10
I never seen this bit until I had bid on it
I tried to cancel it and the guy was adamant it wasnt a good enough excuse and told me I would have to buy it then give it away
I feel it's really unfair to have open a case against me
As I know as a seller it's easy enough to cancel on request
Please help me Ebay

Seller's have two ways to get their fees credited, a cancellation or an unpaid item dispute. Yours chose the latter. I don't think it was a good excuse either, you should have read the full description before bidding.

EBay won't help.

We are members like you, there are no ebay staff here.

Buyers cannot cancel purchases, only the seller can do this.

It is really up to you to read description before bidding/buying.

If the Seller is a Business Seller they are obligaed to accept returns for any reason, only problem is YOU would have to pay te return postage. A private seller is not obliged to accept any returns, so to recover te selling fee they would open an Unpaid case and you would get an Unpaid Strike. Two strikes and you would find that you cannot buy from many sellers whowould have blocked you..

I never seen this bit until I had bid on it

It isn't "unfair" for the seller to ask you to stick to eBay's rules.

EBay doesn't give buyers the right to change their minds after winning an auction, or sellers to change their minds about selling.
