      <description>I did not pick an item up from argos collection within the 7 days.&lt;BR /&gt;Argos say they have returned to sender but the seller has not received it back. Argos don't trace or track returns so how do we find the item or get a refund?</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You have probably lost your money and item&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The shop will say it has been returned to the seller but in most cases it has not and you lose both your money and your item&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You have 7 days to collect.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Click and collect Announcement 9 Oct ( you can read the whole announcement at the bottom of the page under Announcements&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Your item will be held in-store for collection for a maximum of 7 days from when you receive your Collection Notification. If you fail to collect your item within 7 days, we’ll treat this as cancellation of your order.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The item may be returned to the seller or may be disposed of or donated to a charity with no liability to eBay and/or service providers.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;eBay will notify you by email, My eBay messages and text message when your item is ready for collection ("Collection Notification").&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The seller need only refund when they recieve the item back and if they dont then you may not get refunded&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;You are also covered by the paypal money back guarantee but if the item shows as Delivered the address that is on paypal (to the Collect shop) then you would lose on ebay or paypal&lt;/P&gt;
