    <description>&lt;P&gt;Go right of the item purchased,&amp;nbsp; and from More Actions,&amp;nbsp; select Cancel order,&amp;nbsp; then you must use the option...&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;buyer requests to cancel.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;This refunds the buyer immediately,&amp;nbsp; and refunds your seller fee,&amp;nbsp; no defect for your account,&amp;nbsp; and gives you the option to relist the item then and there.&amp;nbsp; Don't use the ebay app to do this,&amp;nbsp; but a laptop / PC / browser,&amp;nbsp; not IE.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Just make the buyer aware,&amp;nbsp; if they made a card payment they will not see their refund immediately.&amp;nbsp; Up to 7 days to appear back in their bank account,&amp;nbsp; after a debit card payment.&amp;nbsp; Up to 30 days for a credit card payment,&amp;nbsp; back to the card account used.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
