Hello everyone

I started using today ebay, and when placing my first bid, it shows a message "Attention buyer" "

And when it opens it shows a page not found, but inside paypal.

I know my paypal account its already verified, what can i do? Cant start a single bid.

Thank you but cant find what may causing it, got paypal account verified, linked to ebay, first bid i do, no restrictions on ebay account,dont know 😢

If all the helpful links given do not solve the problem, then first log out of this UK site, as you are in Portugal, and log back into www.ebay.com to continue.

Then, when the lines open today, call Ebay Customer Support from the Help & Contact tab above. Type into bar there.... Account Verification, and follow prompts to Call Us.

They may just need to verify some detials, perhaps have to call you at your home address to verify the correct place / country of residence for your account.

Its weird because i didnt changed anything, and after i made one buy it now, now it lets me bid! Is this usual?

Based in Portugal with a UK REGISTERED account … without a Valid UK address, Postcode, Telephone # and Bank details, your eBay account cannot be verified . As advised, register in the Global www.ebay.com or a Eurozone site.

But i have a valid uk address, postcode telephone, only bank account is missing, because i plan always use paypal

you need to link bank or card to paypal.

Yes, it will allow you to buy and pay immediately, but bidding you do need to verify your account further, if you wish to buy items by this method.
