Buyer asks for partial refund on item he says us faulty when i know its not. Wants 50% refund but oartial refund he keeps item and basically gets it for half price

tell them yo open a not as described case and you will send them a prepaid returns label and upon return you will issue a full refund.

He opened up faulty case and i sent 2 itwms but he said 1 faulty. Wanted partial refund and i sent some and now its close and i will not get the faulty item back

Because you part refunded, buyer gets to keep both items.
If you wanted both items back, you should have done as advised & issued label through case & only refund (in full) when received.

If you even considered a 50% refund, you would still pay the full 10% selling fee. Only by making a full refund through a case do you get the FULL selling fee refunded, which in many cases will cover the cost of the return postage you have to pay.
