&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The first thing to bear in mind is that the delivery dates are just estimates.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Set by Ebay and to be honest they can sometimes be a little bit optimistic.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Have you entered the tracking into the case details?&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; IF the seller has refused the item then they are really silly to do this because delivery or ATTEMPTED delivery by a tracked means is enough for you to win the case.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;To contact Ebay CS to explain the situation go to help and contact at the top of the page and search contact Ebay Customer services.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Tell them that this is a return and the Seller refused the return&amp;nbsp; delivery of the item.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;They may well be closed now so i would try about 8 to 9&amp;nbsp; in the mornng.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You may be lucky enough to get the live chat option......saying that it is not always available.&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Refused returned Item</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I purchased an item on the 19th Sept' 2019. There was a 6-8 day delivery time, on the 1st Oct' (deadline day) the item had still not arrived and I sent the seller a message to ask if it had been dispatched, but with no reply, as it wasn't showing as having been sent by the seller in 'My eBay'. I had a job for the item (a electric screwdriver) but had borrowed one in the meantime when it didn't arrive in time. I msgd the seller and told him I was returning the item on the 2nd Oct'&amp;nbsp; (30-day Return on the item listing). It arrived later the same day and I returned the item on the same day (2nd Oct') and made a Returns Request with eBay.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The item was delivered to the seller on the 4th Oct' and the seller REFUSED to receive the item and it is now - apparently -&amp;nbsp; being sent back to me, though I have not received it as at 14th Oct'. 'My eBay' is telling me that I have no 'Returns in progress', but when selecting the item it actually brings up the Return details !!!!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have tried to phone eBay but all I get is an automated answer that does not address the issue. All it tells me is that the item has been returned. As the 'Return' has not been completed, I can't get my Refund. I have also emailed 'eBay Help' without reply so far. Has anyone had a similar problem?
