You can click help & contact at top of page & search "contact ebay"

But you will get a quicker & more accurate from us.

Complicated and ebay CS are not a good combination. Try us first and we can at least help with the way to approach them.

Are you sure you sure that you need to contact eBay? Most people who think they do, don't.
