This is one of the fake HDDs on sale on ebay. They consist of 6 weights and an LED. Cannot find a way to contact ebay, just endless bot loops.

Please don't waste anymore precious time trying to contact CS , as they will not take ' evidence' from photos that an item is fake, or that the caller is genuine , as you could be a disgruntled buyer, or even a competitor.

eBay work on cases, and they work well.

If buyers are buying these items only to find they are fake, they can receive a full refund under eBay's 30 day MBG policy, which is written on every listing.

If too many of these return cases are opened, it raises red flags to eBay, who can then investigate further and can remove the item(s), or seller permanently from their site.

Same i bought one didn't find out it was a fake until after return window closed, also bought two Sony branded Micro SD cards turned out to be fake, also sent off pics to eBay they did nothing about it

So that's it for me and eBay, place is flooded with cheap chinese knok-off

Very sad for what used to be a great buying platform
