Hi there, l've just private messaged Kat one of the community leaders but l get the feeling the eBay Team's private messages are automatically switched off otherwise the eBay team's browsers would probably crash from all the private messages each time they log in?

So I'll repeat my request here:

I attended eBay Open UK on 1st October 2025, it was nice, the tiramisu was too dreamy. I had a 1:1 advice session but l require a followup, which was promised but is still due. My advisor at the 1:1 told me I ought to be taking the matter up with another eBay staff member.

I don't want to seem pushy but I do worry that my comms may have fallen into a black hole. eBay is quite a big corporation now.

So ... Anyway, l'm here to reaffirm my proposal (I want to offer a professional service) and would like to discuss with eBay's team about it. Thank you in advance.
