I have just had an item returned from the Authentication Team worth 1400.00. When I ipened the box nothing was in there. Not getting any joy from Ebay. Anyone else had this problem.

Will have to sue them. Another long winded process coming up I daresay

If you post this in Discussion > Selling you may find more Sellers with experience of this.

A Community manager has been alerted , when they come on duty later , lets hope they have the answer for you.

They are the seller, they can't open a case.

At this stage, you'd need to escalate this with the Authentication team directly, from there they can see what happened and let you know the following steps to get that resolved.
