Hi everyone

I have made a report to ebay many times regarding this issue and I keep getting a reply that 'the content of this report has been removed '.

My issue is I was bidding on a van and eventually won it.

The item description clearly stated that he had the V5 (LOG BOOK) and 2 keys etc.

I booked a coach from Birmingham to London to pick the vehicle up only to be told he does not have the V5 log book. There is no way on earth I would ever part with my money without that document. I also needed this to tax the van to drive back. I had also incurred costs of insuring the vehicle. I am around £200 out of pocket with all the travel and insurance. The seller messaged me the next day telling me the van has been sold.

Can someone please advise me what to do next...

I have left any feedback on this seller yet.

think you will have to put this down to a bad experience but a learning one

before travelling next time if a next time ask them to put part photos on of the v5 etc to give you more confidence in your purchase

Ebay does not provide any protection at all for vehicle purchases.

adding to the advice already given -

Unfortunately if you leave the seller bad feedback they can get it removed with an unpaid strike - unless you wait 32 days and then leave feedback.
