Fake Nike Vaporfly shoes

I have purchased some Nike shoes off of ebay, they had an authenticity guarantee with them.
These should be carbon plated sole shoes. The shoes that arrived were a cheap copy.
I reported this, ebay through AI decided there was no case to answer.
I appealed this ebay decided there was no case to answer.
They haven't spoken to me or asked for any other information. The shoes are so obviously fake and potentially dangerous.
How can ebay support scams like this? although from my perspective the authenticity guarantee process must be seen as flawed and a money making process, offering no guarantee of authenticity.
I have now lost faith with ebay and will publicise their one sided processes which supports the selling of counterfeit goods at every opportunity including Money saving expert and other platforms.

Try contacting your payment provider about a refund. If you used your credit card you should be OK.
