Good evening , i sell 1 month ago a phone i sell it for part because it was blocked and about a couple of day later the seller request a return , he said that the phone was blocked mdm and the camera was blurry so he send back the phone very well packed and when i tested it it was fine the camera work perfectly and he is not blocked anymore but the phone was cracked in the back . so my questions is how i am suppose to refund him ok the phone is not blocked but he got crak

If you had posted this using Discussion > Selling you would have had a quicker reply. Since you are still selling phones...

If the Buyer opens a Not as Described case you must pay for them to return the item.

If the item comes back damaged or not the same telephone eBay for help before refunding the buyer.

By the way, if you hurry you can call eBay and ask them to remove your Negative feedback. Buyers are not allowed to mention refunds when they leave feedback.
