Purchase History

My purchase history has disappeared except for the most recent buy earlier this month (August 2024). When I click help and support it shows a picture of a polo shirt I bought (couple of months ago) that I want help with, but none of the suggested actions are what I want. They just send me round in circles and ignore pleas for help. Any ideas?

Where they perhaps made as ' Guest Purchases' ?

Your eBay account is not used here, so there willl be nothing in your Purchase History for those items.

Hi. No made them from my account. I contacted seller he says can't find anything for me, yet I have left positive feedback for them on two occasions. Purchases show on credit card statement. Beginning to think I dreamt it, but Hubby is sitting next to me with one of the polos on! Is it worth pursuing as eBay don't give a monkies? and I'm now inclined to close my account.

Which device and browser are you using? Using the app or mobile browser can throw up some glitches.

Switch if you can to a PC / laptop and use Chrome or Firefox. Then, on your Purchase History page go far right to See Orders click on the down arrow, and ensure Last 60 days, or if more than 2 months, 2024 is selected.

Thank you so much for reply, and I’m sorry for delay in replying.

I followed your advice and opened my laptop, which I don’t often use, and hey presto all my purchases were there. I could then confidently re-order a May purchase where I had forgotten the size. Strangely the Seller had said they couldn’t find my order in their system, so I’m not the only one with eBay glitches.

You think you have problems my kettl decided to bust after 4 months but my purchase history only goes back 3 months and if you are a regular buyer who remembers what you bought 4 months ago and who from especially when there are more than one of the same kettle on sale i think the sellers need to put more info with their sales
