Hi all

My feedback was at 100% then someone left uncalled for negative feedback that was removed, my feeback when down to 99.8%, that was nealy 12 mths ago, I have had 100s of sales and a lot of positive feedback since and a couple of neutral, why has it taken so long to go back to 100%? and should it have affected my score if the negative feeback was left maliciously in the first place????

I've tried for the last 18 years to understand how feedback is worked out but still at a loss

Like with everything on eBay everything is timed to the minute /second.

When you say that neg was left ' nearly ' 12 months ago, there's your clue why you're not up to 100%.

Exactly 12 months have to lapse, and your feedback score will reach back to it's 100% status.

Thankfully neutrals as there are 6 do not affect feedback % scores.

That's what I thought happened automatically, too.

However, my only negative feeback was received 15 months ago yet it still shows up in the 'Last 12 months' column.

How can this be corrected?
