How to shut down our Italian ebay

Hi we are based in UK but also sell in other countries We want to close down our Italian site because 50%

of orders do not seem to get to the buyer. Can't work out how to doi. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Cannot find a way to talk to anyone at eBay

Go into your Italian account settings => account preferences => close account.
