      <description>&lt;P&gt;Whatever you do do not close the case.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Usually after you open a case it gives the seller 3 full days,&amp;nbsp; and it's counted to the second to either refund or send a postage label,&amp;nbsp; on day 4 you escalate the case ask eBay to step in if neither happens.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Either today or tomorrow you should be able to see where to escalate the case,&amp;nbsp; ask eBay to step in and they'll force the refund.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
