Ghost order

Hi! I bought a part as a guest (not using this account) and when i placed the order i got an order confirmation. However, when i press track order it just says "order not found, Unfortunately, there has been an error retrieving your order." The problem is that i can't use ebay's help function due to the fact i can't find it. The money has been drawn and the seller doesn't respond anymore. What should i do??

Maybe you've already seen this/I've never bought as a guest.

Possibly you have to do it when not logged in - you could open a new private/incognito window.

Thanks for the information! I've tried it but Ebay doesn't respond. I pressed "find guest order details" but haven't got anything. Maybe It takes a couple of weeks for Ebay to sort it out?
