    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi I bought something off ebay that I want to return the item was not as described and also faulty I have started a returns procedure but on it I put faulty and not , " not as described " can I cancel the returns and then start a new one ?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;As long as you picked the 'not as described' option, you should be fine; the automatic system won't care how you have described the problem.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;There's 2 or 3 options to choose from when opening a case ;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1. not received.&amp;nbsp; (obviously not your case!)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2. not as described (choose this one....)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3. -but only in the case of private sellers- is 'damaged in post' .&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I wouldn't cancel and start again... I'm not sure that's allowed!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Was it a private or business seller?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;As long as you *didn't* choose 'not received' ( as that usually has tracking proof that you've got it) you should be fine...&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Do not cancel the return - you won't be able to start another one.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You said the item is faulty and that is the reason you have chosen so just continue with your case.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
