topic One box issue. in Buying

If you purchase multiple items from a seller and they send everything in one box ( perfectly sensible ) eBay are incapable of handling that return.

This recently happened to me as when I opened a return because the items weren't as described eBay sent a load of QR codes so I called customer service and they told me to use just one for the one box it all came in but now they have only refunding me for the one item as there was only one label used even after assuring me it would OK to use just that one QR code.

It seems most eBay customer service agents are totally incompetent and always give inaccurate information that is inevitably detrimental to you as a buyer and you have no recourse or get compensation or a simple apology for all the time it takes to rectify their incomitance so after 23 years I have lost any trust in buying on eBay so its now the last place I look not the first.
