'Stock' implies the item is being sold by a Business. Private sellers should not be holding 'Stock'. A Private seller could well sell an item which is still sealed in its packaging it is still a pre-owned item and cannot therefore be classed as a NOS item.</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>The fact is that eBay allows Private sellers to list items using the term NOS when that term should only be available for Business sellers to use.
