    <description>&lt;P&gt;'One can't have an account for 22 years, without being more then 22 years old.'&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Ebay have 'outsourced' their age verification processes to the Credit card companies.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This is to save them having to beef up their own age verification sytem, because that would cost them money.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It also shows how carp ebay's own systems are if they can't even trust them *themselves*...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
