This February , we’re introducing a range of updates to help you grow and enhance your eBay business.

Fee Changes:

At eBay we’re committed to building a marketplace that works for all sellers, no matter what you’re selling or the size of your business. We’re always listening to your feedback on the challenges you face when it comes to our fees and we’re making changes to support this. We’re also updating some of our policies. You’ll see below that this involves removing or adapting the policies that you’ve told us don’t work for your business and extending the ones that do.

PLEASE can this 15%+5p+VAT offer be extended to sellers outside of the in-crowd who happened to sign up sometime in 2020? This is getting silly now.

Can ebay specifically state that this will be opened up to all in March.

With regards to FVF refunds does that include returning fees on refunded excess postage?

That's correct @the_book_seekers. A partial refund on postage would count in this, as it is still a partial refund if it is for postage or item cost.

To clarify this, when you issue a partial refund to a buyer, we’ll automatically credit a prorated portion of your final value fee based on the adjusted total amount of the sale. Shipping will be included and because we currenlty prorate sales tax with partial refunds, this will remain in place with the upcoming changes.
