Thanks for joining us for the “Ask Me Anything” session with our eBay Community Team. This week we will be answering any general questions, the floor is open!

Feel free to share any general questions or thoughts you have on any eBay Topic.

This chat thread will remain open between 2-4 PM at which point we'll close it from additional responses. After that time, we'll continue to work on responding to any queries that might still be unanswered. We aim to answer all queries within 48hours.

To post your question, click Reply in the lower right corner of this post, type your question, and hit submit between 2-4 PM. The format of our chat mirrors the format of our Community Discussion Boards, where each post will appear in the thread chronologically. The Community Team will review each question as it comes in and respond.

Hi @pixiesen2012

This is aimed at wider community to chat with us, we are open to any questions for this session! In regard to payouts, we want to assure you our teams are aware of this issue and currently working on having it solved. Payment processor confirmed that there is an incident for payouts missing confirmation. As a result, payouts for Sept 27th were not sent to the bank yesterday and is working on sending them out today which will cause a one-day delay for processing these payouts.
