I have been charged twice for one delivery label and I can't find how to complain

Just checking there hasn't been some confusion here. Seen it a few times on the forum.

Most of your recent sales have been with SImple Delivery (buyer pays) so you will be provided a label prepaid by ebay. You won't be charged for the postage on these orders.

However, your recent two sales were with Custom Postage (listed with Evri Tracked).

In this case - you should have received the funds for the shipping - and you use these funds to buy the postage. You can buy this from Ebay - but you don't necessarily have to.
