    <description>&lt;P&gt;That does sound confusing. Sometimes the app and email can show different dates because one is based on handling time and the other on the carrier’s expected timeline. It’s not always clearly aligned, which can make it look like a mismatch.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;As long as you dispatch within your stated handling time, you should be fine, but it would definitely help if eBay made those dates more consistent.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Simple Delivery - Evri</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Sold my first item with eBay &amp;nbsp;Simple Delivery yesterday afternoon (4pm).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Went very smoothly with eBay charging buyer for postage (Evri) and emailing me a QR code to use to print label at local post office.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;However observation was that in eBay app it said please send by the 27th of December &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":thumbs_up:"&gt;👍&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Then when I checked email with QR code in it also it said post by 23rd of December (pack and post same day as I sold it that being at 4pm).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Come on eBay sort out your software.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I would include a screen shot of the email - but I only use an iPad Pro these days and screen shots fail to load in this forum …another issue eBay needs to fix &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":grinning_squinting_face:"&gt;😆&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
