Hi stephenjames_1234588, thanks for your post.

This cannot be removed I'm afraid, as sellers are always required to action cases. In future, if you see an item as delivered, please re enter the tracking information that is already on site, and that will count as your action on the case to prevent you from getting any cases.

Thank you,

Hi, would anyone happen to know if service metric blips (not defects) are removed from your evaluation if you escalate a case and its found in your favour,

i have always let the cases just time out for the odd transaction where something shows it was delivered, but im wondering if i escalated the cases (knowing i will win the outcome) i would be better off with the metrics.

Or if its just the usual once a case is open its logged and not coming off the tally no matter what,

thank you.
