I dropped an item off on Saturday and it’s now Wednesday and hasn’t been scanned since. I read that there was an issue with labels beginning with YA (which mine does) back in October but it looks like this was resolved. Is this still happening/happening again? Curious if anyone else is experiencing the same issue.
