GSP label wrong?!

Oh help!

Just sent my first GSP item via Simple Delivery and it's arrived at the Fradely Park hub - but the photo of the label shows different recipient and wrong sender address. What on earth...?

Who supplied the photo of the label?

Do you have a tracking number for your item, if so, what's the delivery status?

You'll probably find that the photo is just of the parcel on top of the pile of parcels and yours is just underneath.

If you think about the hundreds of parcels that probably get delivered there each day it would be impractical to photograph everyone. I've sent a parcel to the GSP hub before and the photo was just of a couple of filled grey mail sacks in a cage. As long as the tracking says delivered you are covered.
