topic Problem with Authenticator 'losing' or saying 'missing' items in a package in Seller Central

Has any other seller had it where the authenticator says something is missing from a package? I've had it where I've been told the item itself is authentic but that there were missing items in the package. Once, after Ebay reviewed their video, the 'missing' item was found exactly where I said it was.

Worse, today, I am waiting for them to review a video when you KNOW the 'missing' item was 100% in the package but they are taking days to 'review' it. So you lose a sale and have to wait to see what is being returned to you!?

This can't only have happened to me. This item was sent on the 22/12 and now on the 2/1 I am waiting for my fate to see what this beautiful high value item is left to be returned to me...

I am unsure how often these pages are viewed but I can't be the only one...anyone else please?!!

They do make mistakes from time-to-time. I haven't read about experiences like yours recently, but a Buyer did post this week about a part (removable hood) being lost/left at the Authenticators. It's good to know they have a somewhat objective video review process.
