Those of us who have viewed the big changes this year with dismay, will only be faced with worse to come. The ever-increasing automation, and use of AI (something that ought never to have been widely unleashed, imo) has effectively dehumanised the site. There's no way back from this.</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>Apart from empty words, eBay has done very little to demonstrate that they genuinely value their existing users.
