    <description>&lt;P&gt;This is so frustrating! There must be a way to provide ebay with the correct tracking number and prove the item has been delivered. If I'm forced to wait 14 days for my funds then I won't receive it in time for Christmas, I was relying on that money &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":disappointed_face:"&gt;😞&lt;/span&gt; !!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
