&lt;P&gt;Any further issues.....&amp;nbsp; If the buyer opens a case for item not received,&amp;nbsp; you will be able to enter those tracking numbers into the case details.&amp;nbsp; If they show delivery on the courier's / RM site, you will not have to refund the buyer.&lt;/P&gt;
