    <description>&lt;P&gt;I actually rung eBay, who said they would not intervene in this case, and that I can feel to reject the refund request without any impact to my feedback etc. they said I was in my rights to do so and would not be getting involved if the buyer escalated.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;obviously there is the chargeback potential but that’s outside of eBay’s process and unknowable.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
