    <description>&lt;P&gt;I just wonder how eBay can justify keeping a customer's money when they have been forced to pay for a service that they didn't use? But eBay seem to do what they like and get away with it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Royal Mail for all their shortcomings do at least refund you for an unused postage labels fairly promptly. They don't question why you didn't use it or how you ended up sending the item.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
