Those sales for which I am trying to get a refund were less than 100g in weight and sold for just a few pounds. Sending these Untracked costs £1.55 - a saving of a significant amount of £1.20 when an item sold for £3.99. Up to 250g is £1.80 and up to 500g £2.20. Any heavier than that, yes you might as well use the Tracked option. In my experience, the vast majority of items get through OK.
