Yes and someone else also told me<BR />about &amp; referred me to the rules. As I said in my reply this rule did not<BR />exist during most of my years of high activity on Ebay, which is why I<BR />assumed it was a bug.<BR /><BR />Once again I say the rule helps some and hinders others.<BR /><BR />I'll ask you the same question: can the seller pull out of the auction<BR />whilst bids are in place?
