&lt;P&gt;Just to add to the advice given already, after checking a couple of your listings, it looks like you don't accept returns. So, while I understand this would be the right and a nice thing to do for the buyer, this means you don't have to accept the return unless you want to (I would recommend doing so to keep it simple, but again, this is entirely up to you). Also, it is up to the seller if you want to accept or decline a cancellation request. If you want, you can confirm the item number to double check your return's policy for the transaction you're referring to.&lt;/P&gt;
