    <description>&lt;P&gt;As already advised, any refund to the buyer is taken from cleared funds and then&amp;nbsp; any remainder from your payment card instead of from the pending funds.&amp;nbsp; The pending funds will then be released to you in the normal way.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Unfortunately, as the item was being sent using eBay's Simple Delivery and you selected 'Seller pays postage' you will probably need to manually request a refund for the unused Simple Delivery label using the following link:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.ebay.co.uk/claims/simple-delivery/refund/seller" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://www.ebay.co.uk/claims/simple-delivery/refund/seller&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
