https://community.ebay.co.uk/t5/Seller-Central/Buyer-Sent-Cancellation-Request-After-I-Accepted-Offer-EBay/m-p/7941496#M758751 <P>Hi folks,</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>So I have a buyer who has sent a cancellation request after I accepted their offer claiming they made a mistake.&nbsp;<BR /><BR /></P><P>Now when I click on “Approve and relist with fees” instead of decline, eBay wants to refund the buyer using part my eBay balance and also charge part from my card.&nbsp;<BR /><BR /></P><P>I don’t seem to see any eBay balance when I go into the my eBay section. Looks like it’s still pending. Also from those pending funds eBay already took off postage fees.
