If it wasn't a Simple Delivery/eBay label or if you didn't upload the tracking you had to the sales record you won't find a tracking number there.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you purchased the postage online via Royal Mail's website you would have received the tracking/reference number in the receipt they emailed to you.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If after all that you still can't find the tracking number you might as well just refund. Without a tracking number you can't win; if you don't voluntarily refund eBay will force you to and charge the &lt;SPAN&gt;£16.80&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;dispute fee on top.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
