I waited in all day last Thursday for a DHL parcel to be collected. No other option. There was no way they called otherwise the dog would have barked. The same message "Premises Closed". Next day same thing. I then took the parcel to a shop that takes DHL parcels ... but come Monday and again Tuesday I gets the same message. By Thursday two operatives called at the door for the parcel which we told them off. Had to sign some paperwork. Going back to my listing I have altered it to "Pick Up Only" by the buyer.
