Just venting I suppose but DHL were supposed to collect on Monday ,and then Tuesday and now today, I guess? The tracking on the order says "premises closed" twice now but there was someone in the whole time on the first day (obviously) and nearly all of the second day (even though there was no real information about what they were up to,) including at the time given for the alleged call when the driver found the premises closed (after 19:00). No response to a support ticket with DHL in well over the working day response time they claim and the phone line hangs up before i can complete entering the shipment number.
