A 'heads-up' on "informational materials".

"Royal Mail is treating CDs/vinyl as tariff free" - I had my first sale to US yesterday, a book sent by Royal Mail through my Royal Mail account which is integrated with eBay. I was charged a 10% tariff plus the handling charge yet books are tariff free under the "informational materials" exemption. It would appear that there is a misconnect with data between eBay and Royal Mail.

dave@ebay , kat@ebay marco@ebay : Can someone please get your technical team to look at this and see what is going on here. The order number was: 18-13523-57501
