    <description>&lt;P&gt;EVRI and DPD purchased at a Post Office counter are not requiring pre-payment of tariffs from us, but they are requiring the Buyer's number and email. That is because these couriers won't send the items outside of the UK until Buyers pay tariffs in advance.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But these comments are all about Custom International Postage. What about the original question by&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.ebay.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/5883126"&gt;@jjambadger27&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; - Has anyone had GSP to the States this week, and did eBay collect the tariffs?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
