    <description>&lt;P&gt;I've often wondered that too.&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.ebay.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/1914881"&gt;@4minutemile&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;may have had their postage refunded, but is that the norm or a rare occurrence?&amp;nbsp;After all, not many buyers will be expecting any postage costs to be refunded to them. Definitely not 30 days after buying.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Perhaps, like a lot of SD, it's 'being tested'?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
