    <description>&lt;P&gt;You make it sound so simple and positive. Before they changed anything they would offer people 80%/70% off selling fees, every month sometimes fortnightly. Any seller that didn't make use of this would have been stupid to pay full fees. I had been selling like this for years! Not only it it more is it not working for private sellers by charging your buyer the selling fee (disguised as protection money) but as op says to offset that fee its IS costing the seller to sell an item, which is more than it was with the old 70% off seller fee. Worst thing is though, the buyer does not know you genuinely reduce the item by this fee cost, as they still see that thay are charged for it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But to the OPs main gripe, no I have haven't sold much this year since the BPF, in fact I've sold only 2 items I had to reduce several times to get a bite. Made I worthless selling it.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
