    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;EM&gt;'...the post office will accept your package, even if the weight or dimensions are not accurate on the label, as long as they still meet the programme requirements.'&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Packing an item, and then sticking on a postage label/code thing, with a weight that might well be completely wrong for that item, seems such an unsatisfactory way of doing things.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;eBay 'making up the shortfall' later, also seems a peculiar arrangement... a bit Arthur Daley-esque... 'don't worry, I'll see you right...'&amp;nbsp;&lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":winking_face:"&gt;😉&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Obviously, Royal Mail &amp;amp; Evri agreed to this, so they must feel confident it will all be ok... I guess time will tell...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;EM&gt;'If it get charges any extra charges the we will credit back the charges on account.'&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm sure we can all take comfort from that...&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
